Currently overseas and discovered this shop isn’t to far from where I live! I had some questions and gave them a call and they were quick to answer my questions. They delivered some flowers to my wife the next day. Very friendly staff! 10/10 recommend!
Otto Florist never disappoints and the arrangement of flowers is always fresh and beautiful. The online service is easy, fast, and the arrangement delivered on time. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended!
Michelle is the best. Placed an order today for someone who lost a loved one and Michelle went above and beyond to assist me although the information I gave her initially was incorrect. She helped me so much. She went out of her way although they already fulfilled their end of things with our order. She honestly saved the day and I can't thank her enough. Please spend your money here. This is a company that still believes in customer service.
