I don’t normally write reviews but I feel compelled to share how great of an experience I had with S&W tile. Wes and his team at S&W tile did a fantastic job on waterproofing and retiling our leaky master bathroom shower. Wes was super responsive and was really transparent through the whole process. I would highly recommend S&W, as shower waterproofing is a must have for any homeowner!
I want to thank Wes and Ryan for making a new awesome shower for me. Even from two months out they showed up on time. Wes always answered my many emails pretty quickly with all the questions I would keep asking. He told me about different products and pros and cons. Explained after each step that was done. They stayed on schedule and cleaned up after each day. I'm probably forgetting a bunch of stuff but I don't really write reviews. I could always take a look while they were working, some contractors don't won't clients around but Wes had no problem with it. Happy customer! S&W Tile#1
I brought a question to the owner of the company, Wes about a project I was planning. He spent his time explaining to me how he would approach it. What he would suggest. I left that conversation knowing that this man knows his business. -not just leaving me with a pretty appearance.
