28A Park St, Medfield“Medfield Yoga is a great yoga studio with a warm, welcoming feel. One of the things I appreciate is that the classes don’t feel like a boot camp or just another fitness class. There’s a real emphasis on breath, presence, and the more traditional meditative side of yoga.
The teachers are caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable, and the owner has created a space that feels welcoming. The studio itself is nice, and there’s a great variety of classes depending on what you’re looking for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for yoga that feels grounded, mindful, and accessible.“

I love how they each bring their own unique energy to class. UPY keeps things fresh with a wide variety of classes (sculpt, vinyasa, slow flow, yin, restorative etc) and pop- ups that will leave you feeling strong and peaceful.“

1 H F Brown Way, Natick“The Greater Boston School of Dance is an exceptional place for dancers to learn. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable and have a genuine passion for teaching. They ensure that students of all abilities feel valued, challenged, and encouraged to grow as they learn both the foundational skills and artistry of dance, and they keep it fun while doing so. GBSD is my daughter’s favorite place to be.
One standout feature of GBSD is the classical ballet program, which includes a curriculum is that rigorous in a developmentally appropriate way while encouraging an appreciation of the art of ballet. We also love that there is an opportunity to perform in a Nutcracker performance.
Additionally, the competitive dance program at GBSD has been an incredible experience. The program is well-organized and developed thoughtfully to elevate growth across many areas while maintaining the integrity of positivity and a healthy, supportive atmosphere where teamwork and camaraderie are encouraged and expected. My daughter has gained so much from both her recreational classes and being part of the competitive both as a dancer and a person and looks forward to her classes so much!
The recitals are always top notch and organized in a way that allows family and friends in the audience to enjoy the show and watch their dancers shine.
Finally, the countless special little touches the teachers at GBSD infuse into the dancers’ experience from cute displays at holiday times that build community to themed days and bring your grownup to dance week (just to name a few) just inspire the dancers to love dance even more.
I highly recommend the Greater Boston School of Dance to anyone looking for a nurturing, high-quality dance program with outstanding teachers.“
“Best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. She keeps the studio extremely clean (also cleans mats after every class). Kim takes the time to give individual attention to each community member in class. I always leave feeling relaxed and in the moment. She really cares about everyone in her yoga community. I feel lucky to be a part of it!“

The massage itself was amazing - she melted my stress away and made me feel so much more relaxed. One of the best massages to date. I can't recommend her enough!“

1000 Great Plain Ave #4, Needham“I have seen Danielle for massage therapy, PT and yoga for many years and always recommend her to friends. Danielle is one of my most trusted life experts - everyone needs a good coffee shop, a good esthetician, and a good massage therapist. I've had a variety of weird body issues - hips, shoulders, knees, etc., and Danielle is all over it whenever we meet. She is so skilled and truly attuned to the innerworkings of the body. She knows her stuff!! Definitely check her out for any of your bodywork or yoga needs!“

595 Washington St, Canton“Every teacher at Open Doors brings something unique and meaningful.
Alysha’s class is a 60-minute yoga retreat—complete with a sound bath, cold lavender towels, and a thoughtful sequence. Her class is truly an experience.
Julia M’s classes has transformed my core; her cues are spot-on and it’s a fantastic option for traditional yogis looking to strengthen their practice.
I adore Saturday mornings with Dana—her energy makes my mat feel like play. I look forward to working on opening a new Chakra every class.
Lauren’s class puts me completely in the zone, seamlessly connecting breath, movement, and balance.
I love starting my day with Stephanie at 6am—her class has genuinely made me a morning person.
Bethany has such a soothing voice and her sequences have expanded my flexibility (and confidence!).
Gigi's class has inspired me to focus on my practice and improve my alignment.
You can't go wrong here. I love this location.“

644 High street Lower Level Entrance, Dedham“I was visiting a friend for the weekend and we decided to practice at Stil Studio. The yoga room is located on the second floor in a beautiful classic style building. Tall ceilings, airy, bright, wood floors and very clean. The store on the first floor with a bohemian vibe was also part of the studio. We attended Vinyasa, taught by Tatiana, and Fluid, taught by Meredith.I enjoyed the classes, the teaching styles, the adjustments and the overall peaceful and friendly atmosphere of the place. Will return again when in Dedham.Thank you for welcoming us!“

“been a member of this club for a while now and when I saw this I had to post this because this should be a health concern. This is all black mold underneath the paint that never got treated.“
