“Medfield Yoga is a great yoga studio with a warm, welcoming feel. One of the things I appreciate is that the classes don’t feel like a boot camp or just another fitness class. There’s a real emphasis on breath, presence, and the more traditional meditative side of yoga.
The teachers are caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable, and the owner has created a space that feels welcoming.
