The laid down drop cloths and at every entry from the out side wiped there fee. At the completion the removed all the old windows and any debris and then vacuumed each area. Amazing. The second day was a door installed and it was cold out. He and two members of his team removed the old door, opened up the area and after 8 hours wow, a job professionally done. This team is nothing short of professional, caring about my proper and a seamless installation. From my initial call for a home visit there was always communication so I was aware of each step. “I contacted MAC about replacing the roof on our carriage house because they had been recommended for the work they had done on our Village Hall. Joel got right back to me and came to see the building. He had done some preliminary estimates and had a price for me. It turned out to be the low bid, so we went ahead with him. His workers (up to eight) came within a week. In a day and a half, they finished the job, including replacing some rotted wood. They were fast, very hard-working, and did an excellent job.“

“We had Sterling replace our 25 year old roof in March 2024. Denis was great. He is very personable and friendly. He explained all the options and answered any and all questions we had about the replacement.

His crew and crew chief Mike were outstanding. The dumpster came the morning of the job. They replaced the roof in a day. The dumpster was gone the next day. You would never know they were here. The roof came out great.

The cleanup was impeccable and the yard and driveway were spotless. We have yet to find a nail or or any remnant of the debris.

I would happily use Denis and his team again if we ever needed additional external work done to the house.“
