what makes this place amazing is the coach. JD is amazing and knows so much. he takes pride in what he does. he sets programs to help you grow no matter what your level is. his goal is to push you to your own personal limit! open space. he explains what each exercise does. lots of equipment, hours are perfect. great great people!! check it out! you won't regret it !!
