I really like this gym a lot! Been going here for years. Very friendly staff, and all of the members are good, down to earth, and friendly people. An overall comfortable atmosphere to train no matter where you are in your fitness level. Highly recommend this gym for beginners and veterans alike.

Felt great to get back to the gym after a year away. Staff is helpful & knowledge, there are plenty of cleaning supplies at all times. There is a good amount of classes to chose from too
