Shout out to Josh and the team at Island Energy (Brian and service tech). I set up service for my boiler. Tech arrives and reports to Josh (service manager) my system is clean due to boiler only supporting hot water heat. Josh came out to double check that everything was ok. Tells me not to do the service call since everything looks good. Saved $350. How does this happen on an island where everything is expensive. Old school honest business. Thank you Island Energy!!!!!!

Island Energy is a company that has great service. Whenever I have called and needed service Brian was there to answer my call or if not available he would promptly call back. This is unlike many other companies. I would highly recommend them.

Jay and AJ fixed a furnace wiring problem that others could not diagnose or resolve. Brian set up an appointment for the next day and the team had everything working within two hours of the appointment. This was a great service experience for MVY.

Our oil burner stopped working leaving us with no heat or hot water. I called a couple of oil burner service companies on the island and were told they were not taking new customers. Our former oil burner service company no longer did service calls so I was growing concerned because we needed help and it seemed like we weren't going to get anyone to take us on as a new customer. I was relieved when I spoke with Brian from Island Energy and he told me they would be happy to take us on as a new customer. I filled out an online application and their crew was out the very next day and had our oil burner running again. It was also given a full service. Brian informed us that our oil tank which was 25 years old was in need of replacement due to sediment buildup, which had caused our burner to stop operating in the first place. Within a few days their crew returned and installed the new tank. Everyone I met that came to do the work was friendly, professional, and left everything nice and clean when they were finished. I would highly recommend Island Energy to anyone in need of oil burner service here on Martha's Vineyard.
