Great selection of eyewear for everyone’s preference + price points. Rhonda was extremely welcoming, knowledgable on the product, and not to mention patient ! I was vacillating over a few styles and even had a pair special ordered (which I was not obligated to buy - and turned out I chose a different style in the end). 5 Stars for overall experience and customer service, and of course quality of the Tom Fords I took home.
By far the best Lomi Lomi massage I have ever received. The touch he uses is masterful - kind, feeling, intuitive, and tailored to your specific needs. “DIVINE CHEMICAL PEEL” This treatment is truly amazing. I’ve suffered from melasma, sun spots and acne scars almost my entire life. I also had many treatments done to try to fix it and nothing came even close to this peel. For the first time in a long time I was able to be makeup free on the daily basis without worrying or being ashamed of my skin. This is a game changer! Aline is the skin queen!
Our oil burner stopped working leaving us with no heat or hot water. I called a couple of oil burner service companies on the island and were told they were not taking new customers. Our former oil burner service company no longer did service calls so I was growing concerned because we needed help and it seemed like we weren't going to get anyone to take us on as a new customer. I was relieved when I spoke with Brian from Island Energy and he told me they would be happy to take us on as a new customer. I filled out an online application and their crew was out the very next day and had our oil burner running again. It was also given a full service. Brian informed us that our oil tank which was 25 years old was in need of replacement due to sediment buildup, which had caused our burner to stop operating in the first place. Within a few days their crew returned and installed the new tank. Everyone I met that came to do the work was friendly, professional, and left everything nice and clean when they were finished. I would highly recommend Island Energy to anyone in need of oil burner service here on Martha's Vineyard.
We were caught in a panic when our cottage in Oak Bluffs sprung a few leaky pipes when opening the house for the season. Our regular plumber was no where to be seen and I didn't know where to turn. Luckily, I was able to connect with Mike Boyd and I must say he was a lifesaver. He was on time, professional, very knowledgeable and practical. He went above and beyond in coming up with creative solutions to our problems, which were not easy to fix. Plus we thought his pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Boyd & Sons.

Neal at BTU has gone above and beyond helping fix my heating issues over Veterans Day weekend. My lack of heat emergency hit at an incredibly inconvenient time-Saturday afternoon. Neal tracked down the part off island and by Monday afternoon, our heat was on and working. Beyond grateful for this level of service.
