“A bit late but I needed to review this place. First off let me say the vibes I got from Shaira just during our booking conversation was great.

When I walked into the building it felt warm and cozy. Even thought its in the middle of a small strip mall it definitely felt private and inviting. We spoke a bit about what service I had booked (lymphatic drainage massage) and any past experiences. I was given a tour around the place and given privacy to change. Once the massage started Shaira gave me the option of a silent appointment or a chit chat. I chose the chit chat which made the whole experience that much better. Applied great pressure and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The ambience in the room was absolutely amazing. I can rave enough about my experience. I could definitely see the difference in my body, mostly legs, ankles and chest off the first visit.

Being a first time customer I was so pleased with her services, I've been bragging to anyone who will listen about this place. I already cant wait for my next massage.“

“Today, I got an amazing 90 minute massage by Jennifer. Right when I walked in, the environment was super welcoming and relaxing and Jennifer made me feel comfortable right away. She asked me if I had any areas I wanted to focus on/avoid and made sure to prioritize these things, as well as check in with me throughout the massage, to make sure I was feeling comfortable. “With my husband's urging, I started training with Jonathan about 3 months ago as a way to rehabilitate my shoulder so that I could go back to Kickboxing (which I was LOVING). What happened instead, though- was that my shoulder feels great, and I loved having small group personal training so much, that I decided to stick with it, and cancel the kickboxing! I started seeing results within a couple of weeks and actually look forward to going. I would never push myself if left to my own devices, and found that the small group really helps with my motivation and energy levels.
