I visited Beatrice first time last week to style my hair for a wedding event. She was fully booked with morning appointments but she went above & beyond to accommodate me by coming early Saturday morning which was deeply appreciated. She provided excellent hair style service & also helped to set up make up apt. Her kindness & genuine act will not be forgotten . I have a shoulder length bob cut and went to Salon Serenity to get a beach wave perm. The perm was done a month ago and it came out great... The hairdresser had beautiful curls herself and gave me great advice on products and how to care for curly hair... I still love it and will go back for sure.

I called the salon ( at the suggestion of a friend), on the Friday before Easter. I needed a clean up so to speak, my hair was just feeling too heavy & not falling right & I wanted to look my best on Easter( family stuff, ex, in-laws) . I called up around 5:30& Jessica told me to come in, she'd make sure someone could take me before they closed & I just might have to wait. I had Beatrice. New to me. Let's just say she texturized my whole head& I left feeling like a million bucks. She didn't " overcharge"& she's cool with great hair! Always a good sign. I'll be back& recommend this salon to everyone.
