Emily is IT! I was over satisfied with the massage I got, I couldn't even talk while she asked if the pressure was good enough all I could do was give a thumps up. I didn't want it to end.

Wonderful experience. There are several therapists and a lot of availability. The $60 promotion for 1 hr for new clients is very generous. This is not a rinky-dink place, it's a very clean, professional and cozy atmosphere. The heated table is a plus. Emily Souza was my therapist. She has a very soothing energy. Her technique is gentle and slow, yet effective. Now I understand Einstein's theory of relativity! It was a nice change from some experiences at other places that I have had where it feels rushed and lacking intention. I was so relaxed that I totally knocked out during the session which is rare for me.

I have been going here for at least 10 years now. I will take Back into Balance over any "full spa" anyday. Prices are phenomenal. Quality of work is unmatched.....these therapists are so well trained and do such a great job no matter who you get. We just love Back Into Balance. Even my husband started coming with me years ago. We will never go anywhere else for a massage!
