The spa has an automatic reply email so customers don't have to wait long. The staff answered me very quickly with a polite attitude. I am satisfied with this spa's customer care service.
Went for the first time today they are super friendly and very inviting. had a pedicure and manicure done by Gina She did an amazing job. I have already scheduled my next appointment. I recommend anyone looking for a good nail tech in a beautiful cozy little spot check out Slo Spa & Salon.
I highly recommend booking your massage with Leah! I’ve been going monthly for about a year now and look forward to my appointment every time. Before I get on the table she asks what areas are bothering me and what areas I want to focus on, and listens and follows through with her massage. Once I’m on the table I barely have to give her feedback- she can tell where is tender and needs lighter pressure and what knots to really dig in for. If I do give feedback, she listens and follows through. I walk out of the appointment feeling like I have a new body. Thank you Leah!
