Yesterday, she sensed I needed a little more shoulder work, and went above and beyond on the back massage, as well as scalp massage, face massage, and facial with many add-ons including a lovely cold jelly mask/peel. Trying a new salon can be nerve-wracking because it’s such a personal experience and requires so much trust in your stylist. The second I walked into Rooted Beauty, I felt at ease. The salon is incredibly clean, fresh, bright, and modern. I loved the beautiful reception and waiting area, the large windows with soft natural light, the open concept, and the thoughtfully displayed products from brands like Goldwell, Milkshake, and more. Even though the salon was busy, it still felt calm and relaxing.

The entire space feels open and airy, never cramped or boxed in. Each stylist station had plenty of room, elegant seating, and beautiful vanities and mirrors. Even the shampoo stations were spacious and comfortable. One thing I especially appreciated was how comfortable the sink was on my neck , unlike some salons where it can feel hard and awkward, this felt soft, supportive, and relaxing.

And Janine was simply wonderful from beginning to end. She made me feel comfortable right away, listened carefully, and absolutely nailed every detail of my hair. I loved my hair so much, I literally asked her for a hug! That’s how happy I was. She got everything spot on, and I left feeling so grateful and excited.
