While I loved my previous stylist, I became increasingly disappointed in the services and the salon overall. All of the staff were friendly, but the sinks were overbooked, the assistants were still learning and as a result, hit or miss. Clients with appointments scheduled ahead of mine, in addition to my own appointments, began to run later and later. There was lots of “waiting” for appointments to start, for sinks, to end, and then even to just check out. Although I was happy with my hair, I was stressed and frustrated by the inconsistency of one appointment to the next. I felt more like an appointment than a valued client.I had long before heard of Jennifer’s stellar reputation and I had seen the result of her color talents on other clients. I decided to take a chance and reach out. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. I lost nothing by leaving the other salon and gained everything booking with Jennifer. “Amazing, top notch salon is an understatement for Starz! They have been cutting and coloring my moms hair for 35 years. I regularly got my hair done at Starz but have moved to California in 1999. I recently got my hair done at Starz, during my Thanksgiving visit back home. Jocelyn did incredible work on my cut and color for my super blonde hair and is clearly highly skilled and trained, demonstrated in her process. She even gave my 7 year old son the best haircut that he has ever gotten! You could not ask more from a salon as the entire staff is extremely professional, while also being personable and down to earth. If I could afford to fly from California every couple months for my hair, I would most certainly go the above and beyond Starz salon!“

“Haircut was great. Scheduling is very difficult. The app does not work. Calling is very cumbersome. Years ago, the app worked very well. I’ve not be able to successfully schedule a haircut through the app in 6 months. Very poor customer experience“
