“All the staff were incredibly friendly & my stylist, Meagan was beyond fabulous. The energy of both staff and environment was upbeat yet relaxed. The salon is big and open with a cozy, chill vibe.
Meagan gave a brief consultation before she started and she really heard not just what I wanted but needed. I had a vague (yet also semi-specific) idea of what I wanted & she really just seemed to “get” what I was looking for. I really just wanted a stylist who would be comfortable & confident enough to take whatever liberties they needed while I sit back and let them work their magic & that is exactly what I got! “I visited the room for the first time recently! I moved to Marlbrough a few months ago but honestly ive been looking for a new stylist for years. Liv met me at the door and welcomed me in. We discussed what I was looking to do and she was able to bring me from bright blonde highlights back to natural brown in one process. She also gave me a great haircut with layers as my hair is very thick. Liv was sociable and warm and the salon was clean and bright. Liv doesn't work with an assistant and doesn't double book herself. Looking forward to many more visits to the room!“

MVP massage gun is a little hard on the shoulder in my opinion but you can always elect to not use the service, only recommendation would be to consider another option to customers who might experience a little discomfort from the massage. Other than that I really enjoy getting my haircut here and will continue to do so.“
