“I was running an errand in dedham on Saturday, late afternoon and had not been feeling well but the urgent care centers near my home closed early and I would not make it in time to get there. I noticed the ConvenientMD center as I was driving by so I decided to pop in and pray they were still open, and that there would not be a wait as I was feeling terrible and did not have the patience to wait. The place is huge, and SO clean and comfortable. The people were all so nice and much to my surprise- NO wait! I was seen almost immediately by a PA (who was kind and had a sense of humor!) and diagnosed, Prescribed medicine and sent on my way with instructions for follow up. They are a full service center - I can not imagine why anyone would go to an emergency room when urgent cares such as Carewell can care for you in such a pleasant environment without the chaos and wait of hospital ERs. “Super easy to set up an appointment before I went in. There was zero wait time. The staff were all very professional and courteous and helpful. Felt like the staff actually cared about my wellbeing which you dont see too often these days. The PA was great. Very thoughrough and explained everything so I understood it and could tell he was genuinely listening as I described my symptoms and concerns. Overall...A+! 110% recommend!“

“I was very happy with my visit . I was greeted by very friendly staff and wait time was very short. I had a chest X-ray done because I was complaining of SOB and Covid test at my request . I saw NP who was very pleasant and knowledgeable she listened to my history followed by exam. I was happy with treatment plan that she prescribed .I was also called within the hour with test results. Very happy with visit, I would highly recommend .“

“This office is amazing. Every single person I’ve dealt with since day one (Including Dr Heller). Forgive me, as this likely sounds crazy, but my observation is that they only hire people with positive personalities and the customer service and scheduling is superb. Olivia is great, as is the attractive woman at the desk who takes payment/ deals with insurance etc. I don’t write reviews... Not my thing. If a place sucks, I just won’t go back. “What an amazing place!!! Heard about this place last week when my daughter was getting a fever and cough. Took her here and was seen within 10-15 minutes. Tested for strep & flu and she had flu b. Just went yesterday with my son who had a cough and sore throat, but all tests; strep & flu were negative so just keep an eye on him in case it develops. Staff are so welcoming and quick to say the least. Was added to their website so I can check on test results, so helpful! Will be making this my priority place especially as they are kid focused. Hours are amazing especially since fevers always arise right after dinner at least in my house.“
