“Serenity in the City is definitely a top choice place to go for skin care and beauty needs. Located conveniently on Middlesex Ave in Medford with plenty of parking I was greeted by two lovely staff members who escorted me into a private waiting area stocked with herbal teas, infused water and even mimosas. With actual champagne! I was given a warm neck wrap and sat in one of the comfortable chairs with my cucumber water and filled out the pretreatment questionnaire. I waited no more than ten minutes before being called.My Hydrafacial was with Tara who took time asking me questions about my health, my wellness, and my skin needs. As someone who has very sensitive skin, Tara made sure to check on me through out the HydraFacial and was very attentive. You can tell when someone enjoys their work and cares. The process was relaxing, Tara took her time preparing my skin with oil cleansing, foam cleansers, cooling eye pads, painless extractions and my favorite the cooling marble stone globes for post procedure redness. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised at how calm my skin looked after compared to other times I’ve done HydraFacials. When I woke up day two my active breakouts have significantly reduced in redness, and size and my complexion looks brighter. I highly recommend a visit to Serenity in the City next time you want to treat yourself or someone else!“
