“I was thrilled with the experience, coordination, timeliness and adherence to budget with John and his team! I had roofing, siding and insulation done with John and his contractors and the pictures speak for the high attention to detail and quality!”
“From the salesman to the follow up second measurements person to the installers nothing could have been easier and low stress. No one was ever pushy or tried to up sell us. And 2 weeks after the install of our New front door our beautiful Bay window. We will no longer dread a windy day. We just had a fall Nor'easter and no blowing blinds or water sneaking in under our front door. Thank you Window World for delivering as promised.”
“I needed a replacement screen for one of my Pella windows. Went to Lowes with an identical screen and when the screen came in, it was wrong. Lowe's told me only Pella can do that.
Went to Pella in Woburn and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Jason, one of the service experts looked at my screen and said, I can make you one now. Give me 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, I had a matching screen.
Thank you Jason and team at Pella in Woburn for your amazing customer service!!! I will be back when I get ready to do the basement windows.”
