“I sent my 1 year old dog Frankie for a 3 week board and train and I still cannot believe how well it went. I had put so much time into puppy classes, training at home, and even a failed board and train and was not feeling like I was making any progress. Sending her to Tiffany and Kat was my last hail mary and I couldn't be happier. During the 3 weeks she was away, I received photos and/or videos every single day. Communication was phenomenal. I could tell Frankie wasn't just in a boot camp, she was making friends and having fun. Frankie's mind used to be in 100 places at once and in just 3 weeks she is a calm, confident dog. I have taken her in stores, on walks and runs on leash, and off leash trail walks. Her off leash recall with the e-collar has been phenomenal. When we see a dog on a trail, she lays down and stays calm until I can ask the owner if the dogs can meet. Once they do, Frankie comes right back to me when called. I am living out my dream of taking her everywhere with me, stress free. Even after picking her up, Tiff and Kat are still texting to check in and make sure everything is going well. “We couldn't be happier with the support and guidance we received through the associates program. When we adopted our puppy at 8 months old, we wanted to make sure she had a strong foundation of basic commands and good manners. All the trainers helped us build that foundation while making training approachable, effective, and enjoyable for both us and our dog.

As our puppy settled into our home, we began noticing some concerning behaviors, including resource guarding around food and bones and reactivity toward other dogs. Specifically, Dana was incredibly knowledgeable and proactive, creating a customized training plan that included both private sessions at the facility and training in our home. She took the time to understand our dog's specific challenges and gave us practical tools, clear guidance, and the confidence to work through them successfully.

The progress we've seen has been remarkable. Our puppy is becoming a confident, respectful, and well-adjusted dog, and we feel far more equipped as owners because of Dana's support. Her patience, expertise, and genuine care for both dogs and their families truly set her apart.

“Linda was amazing! It was my first time getting my long-haired cat groomed and I was very nervous. She made me feel very comfortable and we went over what I wanted done and she did a fantastic job. “Alison was wonderful helping me to address problem behaviors with my dog Sadie (counter surfing, leash pulling etc). Sadie immediately respected Alison and looked to her for feedback and cues. Alison spent time to understand my family's routine, educated us in Sadie's behavior and worked with us until we got results. We have gained confidence and now Sadie is truly a happier dog. Alison is truly wonderful at what she does. She KNOWS dogs.“

“I needed to send my dog to daycare for just one day while I am traveling. This place was recommended by my mother’s friend. My dog is very nervous around new people, and I was nervous about leaving him with strangers. He did so well, and the staff was awesome. My dog had a great day, and when I went to pick him up in the afternoon, he was calm and hanging out with the other dogs. The staff member who checked me out was very attentive and knew all of the dogs by their barks. I will absolutely use this place again the next time I am passing through. As a bonus, the one day of daycare was about half the price I expected for that service.“

“Michael had installed my system, helped train us and our dog, and even made a service call in a very timely manner. Great guy! I really recommend Michael and the Pet Stop electric fence to anyone with a dog . It's great to just let the dog out and it's especially nice not to have to go out in the winter for the usual "routine". Our neighbor took my advice and put one in. “Cannot say enough about Carrie and Paws Unleashed - we have a 2 year old pandemic puppy whose social anxiety made puppy day camp an impossibility, reached out to Carrie, who had an opening, and she enthusiastically offered to take our stage-five-clinger Berner on her daily hikes. To our utter amazement, she was able to not only get our pup on the car for the hike, but spend a lot of time after the trial run talking through some training advice, all of which was incredibly on-point. We learned more in 45 minutes with Carrie than we did in two years of dog training books and online courses. TL;DR - if you're looking for a magical dog walker/trainer who is reliable, thorough, knows what they're doing - Carrie is the one.“

“Started training with Sol in June for help with my 1.5 year old Great Dane. Id been to 2 trainers and progress was slow with many major setbacks. Time was against me; my dog was growing so fast approaching 140lbs and extremely strong. He was heavier and stronger than me. I had just experienced being dragged across the street so my dog could tackle 2 dogs and knock down the owner. I was at rock bottom, this dog needed help or I would have to re-home him. I wasn't sure I had what it would take to fix or if he was even fixable. I needed help ASAP. I emailed Sol and he responded within hours and we had a session 2 days later. I noticed an improvement after 1 session and just completed my 4th class today. I drive 1.5 hours each way to see Sol because his training is worth it. I have a completely different understanding of human/dog dynamics, obedience and how to achieve it. I now have a dog that is confident, balanced and knows who is in charge. People stop me and comment how well behaved my dog is. I purposely didn't review Sol right away because I wanted to see this through. Words of advice....Listen to Sol even if it doesn't make sense, do exactly what he says and be consistent. Words can't express how grateful I am for Sol. His training changed my life.“

“I visited this location for the first time last week, and was pleasantly surprised. There was NO animal or pet food odor at all, unlike many similar stores. It all seemed nice and clean. I was there for the fish section, and the tanks were pretty clean and fish looked healthy. Their live aquarium plant selection was rather small BUT they were almost all in good condition, which is rather rare for chain store plants. Their live Betta fish were all in clean water, and also looked healthy. You can tell a lot about a location by how their Bettas look. As an ex-parakeet parent, I also looked in on theirs, and they, too, looked perky and healthy. I will definitely go again in the future, as long as the standards are being kept up.“
