Had Alvin Hollis replace the ductless mini split I have had for 18 years with a new Mitsubishi Hyper Heat ductless heat pump. They installed it in one day and removed all the old equipment. This new unit works great. The installer did a great job and made sure everything was working properly and explained the controls for me. We use Alvin Hollis for all our heating and ac needs and highly recommend them.

The company services our systems regularly on schedule. The few time, as in this past week, when we have an emergency issue, Alvin Hollis techs respond ASAP. I travel quite a lot. I'm confident that Alvin Hollis will take care of the systems in our home to keep my wife safe and comfortable.

Amazing customer service! Our hot water heater leaked the day after I got home from the hospital having a baby and we were in complete panic. I called for help after midnight and someone was here in less than half an hour and they were back within 2 days installing a new one. We have been customers for 4 years and everyone is always friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!
