Had Alvin Hollis replace the ductless mini split I have had for 18 years with a new Mitsubishi Hyper Heat ductless heat pump. They installed it in one day and removed all the old equipment. This new unit works great. The installer did a great job and made sure everything was working properly and explained the controls for me. We use Alvin Hollis for all our heating and ac needs and highly recommend them.

My wife and I have been Alvin Hollis customers since 1975. Alvin Hollis has installed and maintained our furnace, AC and heat pump for our Florida Room. The company services our systems regularly on schedule. The few time, as in this past week, when we have an emergency issue, Alvin Hollis techs respond ASAP. I travel quite a lot. I'm confident that Alvin Hollis will take care of the systems in our home to keep my wife safe and comfortable.

Amazing customer service! Our hot water heater leaked the day after I got home from the hospital having a baby and we were in complete panic. I called for help after midnight and someone was here in less than half an hour and they were back within 2 days installing a new one. We have been customers for 4 years and everyone is always friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

Not sure if I would trust people who drive like maniacs on the road to come to my home. On my commute home 11/3/2025 around 5:20ish a very large truck from this company was trying to I’m not sure but it seemed like he was trying to race me? Two lanes were coming to an end and I was behind a car when out of nowhere this truck license plate Y24403 came up on my left and tried to swerve into my car! Speeding in a 30 and then when I passed them at another light shortly after aggressive yelling at me as I passed. I was kind of scared as he was a grown man and I am a young girl and we were still going to the same way for a while. So if you’re looking to hire this company at least you know they are willing to run young woman off the road and try to get into road rage battles to get to your home. Erratic and unsafe driving is simply unprofessional.

Jim and his team put an end to my six month Carrier HVAC Warranty debacle in less than thirty days. Tried the local yocals but no love. From start to finish, with as few as four emails, it is back to operating like new again. Carrier Customer service extended the warranty and Jim provided the manpower and expertise. Alvin Hollis did a remarkable job replacing our boiler. The techs that were here were fantastic and were very efficient and friendly. The electrician that they used was also very good. They cleaned up their entire mess , leaving nothing in the basement. I highly recommend them , we’ve been using them for 8 years since we bought our house. Whenever there’s a problem no matter the time , someone is right out to help us. Thank you again

We've had nothing but positive experiences with Alvin Hollis. We've been with the company for 30+ years. Top notch service. Recently we had 3 AC condensers replace (no working AC!) John came out, within a day of our call, gave us a resonable quote, install 2 weeks later. The crew was professional, neat & personable. Two weeks later, we installed a split AC unit. Finished in a timely manner, neat work, friendly crew! Highly recommend.

Alvin Hollis boasts that they have been around for 4 generations. Well, the way Jim Bicknell is handling the business...their future might take a downturn.
Jim Bicknell is rude and arrogant. He most likely would not have risen to the position as Director if it hadn't been that he got into this business by the accident of birth!
Mr. Bicknell has no concept of customer service whatsoever. Furthermore, his behavior strongly suggests that it would wise for him to sign up for an Anger Management program. Who slams the phone down on a customer?
And, his pricing? Well best you really do some comparison shopping before you let Alvin Hollis anywhere near your wallet.
