Jerry is the kind of guy who wants to make sure you seem him less, not more. I've learned some effective ways of improving my posture, strength, and flexibility. When at first I needed to see him 3-times a week, now I go in every few months.
I also highly recommend asking him about his Miracle Neck product. Using it two-minutes a day, sitting on a yoga ball for my office chair, and some neck stretches and planks have all contributed to significantly less pain.

Dr. Parrott went above and beyond to inform us every step of the way and make sure we were as comfortable as possible, along with our dog. He didn't rush the process, and was very gentle and kind. I was nervous, not knowing him before this, that we might get someone who was insensitive or who rushed the process. I'm so grateful that was not the case, and that we ended up with Dr. Parrott. We were able to lay our dog to rest in a peaceful way and really soak in our last moments with her.
