Jon is awesome! I called Preventative about a septic question and within 15 minutes Jon was in my yard walking me through each step to help me understand what was going on. A quick fix and he was on his way. This is why I support local businesses whenever possible! Thank you.

10 STARS!!! If only there were more companies and service oriented people like this one. Jon the owner is first and foremost honest, beyond fairly priced, and very knowledgeable - he's not out to gouge people. I've used their services to pump then most recently a title five inspection which as you know can be nerve wracking since there are many services that unfortunately try to take advantage of you by literally failing a system or upselling unnecessary repairs to make a buck. I never felt Jon was out to take advantage of me which is all I ever ask for. I simply can't say enough about this company overall. I called John to ask about a house that I bid on a few days ago and he could not have been more helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and really help me. I really appreciated the fact that he called me after his workday ( which I'm sure was long!)it's very easy to see why this company has such excellent reviews. These days you don't always get such great old-fashioned service and when you do, you really have to take the time to say that it's five stars!
