I love the staff in Northampton. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thu Tran is an excellent trainer. He has showed me how to correct my form and posture while lifting free weights and has given me amazing advice building my leg muscles. Has taught me different ways to angle my feet on the leg press with less pressure on my knees if I angle my feet instead of keeping them straight. FABULOUS improvement. Always learning new things from Thu Tran. He is extremely helpful and a great teacher. Xavian is also a wonderful trainer. He has helped me learn many machines since I started planet fitness. Learning how to use them the correct way. I am eager to learn always the correct way to use every machine. He is wonderful and great with all customers. Nick and Tabitha are also fantastic with anything I need. Excellent with any questions I have. They are always up to teaching me new learning techniques to the equipment. Nick was the first employee I met at Planet Fitness. He took me around the whole gym. Showed me how to use the machines I was interested in and I have learned even so much more since I started with his help. Northampton by far has the best team, super work ethics and amazing customer service. They take pride in having a fantastic clean environment. ? ++++ Christie Wright“

“I've been training with Sean for 8 months. I was seeking a trainer to bounce back safely from the pandemic and to prepare to become more of a caretaker to my loved ones.
