I have been going to Polished Boston for about a year now and I’ll never look back. Energy is so important to me and the energy here is fun, loving, and hilarious. And of course, they also do amazing work. My nails look fabulous each time whether I’m trying out a design or keeping it simple. I get the structured manicure, and my nails have never been healthier (pics are natural nails). I have also never received as many compliments on my nails as I have since I started going to Polished. I typically see Katie (although I don’t think you can go wrong with anyone there) and she’s so talented and so nice. Shannon is the owner and she’s everything. I have so much love and respect for this place and I’m grateful to be a part of it.

Shannon and her team know what they’re doing!! After looking for MONTHS around the area for well-known salons that do sculpted nails/builder gel (+ do them well, I’m picky!), I was so happy to find Polished! Shannon was efficient, personable, and did an excellent job. I was originally on the waitlist, but she fit me in her schedule which was super appreciated. Highly recommend this team and already looking forward to my next mani!

I have been looking for someplace great and i’ve found it! I saw Abigail for a gel manicure today and it came out perfect. I like a french manicure with black or another dark color and one little dot at the base of my nail. i’ve asked for this at other places and been disappointed for one reason or another but Abigail got it right away and even mixed two shades together for the perfect base color. the space is small and very comfortable, it was busy but not overbooked. it was more expensive than some of the other places in arlington that i’ve been to but not by very much and it was worth every single penny.

Polished Nail Bar is my new go-to spot! Shannon, the owner, is incredibly sweet and so easy to talk to, which makes every visit feel super welcoming. The decor is absolutely adorable, adding to the overall relaxing vibe, and parking is a breeze—such a big plus. Vanessa is my usual nail tech because she’s amazing with acrylics, but honestly, the whole staff is super talented. The entire experience is luxurious from start to finish. Highly recommend!
