Our property was built from the ground up by North America Development. The team had been phenomenal from the day we inspected the house up until today. 3 years in and they have been following us every step of the way. Any question, any problem, any issue that we ask and consult them on, they always respond and address them in a timely and professional way. They gave us a beautiful home and they continue to guide us through maintaining it. We appreciate this company and we value the entire team Orlys, Bruno, Jason and the rest of the crew. Thank you for your quality work, for always being available and for continuing to give us the peace of mind.

During my previous employment, I had the pleasure of working with North America Development on multiple occasions, and I must say, they were an absolute breeze to work with. Their customer service is second to none, and their exceptional home designs speak volumes about their expertise.If you're a Greater Boston real estate investor, a home buyer, or a home seller looking to sell your property fast in "as is" condition, I highly recommend giving these guys a call. Trust me, you won't regret it!

It's a pandemic; how will we get the renovations done? CALL the team at North America Development! Mo, Maureen, and her team of professionals were able to coordinate renovations on our basement and kitchen, procure quality appliances and fixtures, and brought their own "throne depot" for employees to use. Can you tell this floor was redone? Impressive! See the detailing on the farmer's sink... excellent craftsmanship. Tiles perfectly placed (and they worked with us on quantity so that we did not over nor under purchase).
