“The kickboxing class with Coach Gil is awesome 👍. Especially if you are just starting out. He also does sessions with my sons (5 and 7) on the weekends and it's gotten them excited about martial arts and exercising in general. My 7 year old has autism and Gil works great with him. The gym here is a good environment with great people to be around.“

“I have been working with Chad and I'm impressed with how he tailors each exercise routine to meet my needs. He is very organized and comes to each session prepared with a new exercise program. He keeps things interesting so you will not get bored and your body will not get used to the exercises. I had a fitness assessment done recently and I was pretty nervous about it since I'm not in great shape these days. I was relieved to be put at ease immediately by Chad's manner & friendliness. The whole experience has been really good for me. After he gave me my follow up report, I walked away feeling like I had a better understanding of where I'm at right now and how he could help me move into where I want to be.
