I have two rescued pups now 2 years old. They were very sick and underweight upon arrival. Since I've been taking them to SAH, the care and attention to them has been outstanding. The front desk is always warm and welcoming, super helpful at all times. The clinical staff is incredibly gifted in what they do, each time we go, whether for a regular check up or not, clear explanations follow the visit as well as calls post office visit, if needed. They're responsive via email, text or a call, I have never had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from them. I am very pleased with the services and care all around. Very caring people. I , or I should say my, 11 dogs, have been clients of Saugus Animal Hospital since the 1980's when Dr. Halprin was the owner. I had 2 German Shepherd pups back then. Dr. Binder took over after that and he and his staff have given the best of care to a bunch of rescue dogs since then. The present day ownership has carried on in the example set from the past. I presently have 2 rescue dogs I got last November as well as a rescue dude I have had for almost 10 years.I bring them all to Saugus for the good care and nice folks.
