Ever since I have embarked on the curly hair journey, I have found that there are so few curly hair stylists in and around Boston who can truly work wonders with curly hair. I finally went for a haircut after 2 year break, and was really nervous. But Helaine assured me she knew what she was doing made me feel very comfortable. So much so that I actually went ahead and got highlights on my virgin hair. She was careful not to overwhelm me. But she gave me the option of coming back in a week to get more bold with the colour and I did go back. She happily accommodated me and I love the final look. I am definitely going to be a regular at Helaine.“

“Clare was brilliant. Not only did she manage to see me last minute, but she also came in early to accommodate my schedule. She was warm and friendly from the get go, and really engaging throughout the appointment. I loved getting to know her and having chitchat. My hair treatment was a bright balayage and it looks great. Perfect all around. We talked through gloss options and ultimately agreed that what she knew was best as the professional and she was right! I even had my 3 month old baby attend the appointment and Clare was great with her. Allowing me to breastfeed on demand and keep her close when she needed fun/comfort. Of course also giving all the compliments of what a gorgeous girl she is and how peaceful she was. 10/10 will see her again. Loved my appointment.“
