Jaclyn had quite the challenge with me. I barely put any effort into my hair, just 500 degrees of heat with a flatiron, but expected to wake up looking beautiful. Do I part in the middle or side? Ehh depends on the day. Do I wear it wavy or straight? Depends. Do I let it air dry or blow dry? Sometimes. Do I use product? Nope. Challenge accepted. Of course I left the salon feeling beautiful, but the real challenge was what I would look like once I washed my hair and had to style myself. Jaclyn you did not disappoint. Love it so much! I had long, beautiful hair and I knew to make myself more comfortable and hopefully put less tension on my scalp, I needed to cut it. She really made me feel heard and reassured me that I was doing the right thing and didn't try to talk me out of the length I wanted. I am really glad I trusted her and the salon with this hard decision and I really love my haircut and I am feeling so much better.“
