“This is the 2nd time my company has worked with James J. Welch Construction and we couldn't be happier with the outcome, communication, and value received on our projects. The building in which Justin and his team performed tenant improvements is a very old and complicated building, one in which there is a skeleton behind everything you touch. We were able to work through each of them without getting change ordered to death or stopping progress, which was great.Also, although we were previously told it would likely take up to 6 months to get a permit, Justin's team was able to get the permit within a couple of weeks and more importantly completed the project 2 months ahead of schedule. Throughout the project his job supervisor and project manager were great to work with, communicated more than any contractor I've ever used, and didn't cause significant issues for other tenants in the building, so we couldn't be happier with how it all went.
