Since 2021, I have hired Manny for five gutter and roofing jobs totaling ~$30K, including full replacement of both a rubber roof and a shingles roof, and he and his crew have always done fantastic work. In terms of finances, when sourced competitively, he has always provided the best up-front quotes, with minimal downstream add-on costs. In terms of communication and work performance, he has always been highly responsive with fast project turnarounds, and none of the jobs has had any issues since completion.

Manny and his team did an excellent job installing our new copper gutters! He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. His pricing was much more competitive than others we checked, and he even gave us a discount since we needed fascia replacement as well. The work was top-notch, and the gutters look amazing.
