Merullo Peoples Team
“If you want to work with the very best, you must use the Merullo People’s Team for your real estate needs. We used MPT for the purchase of our new home and sale of our previous house. For both our sale and purchase the Merullo Peoples team expertly negotiated offers to our benefit. To prepare our home for sale MPT offered so much wisdom to help our home shine on the market for potential buyers. We ended up selling our house for well over list price and the Merullo People Team negotiated multiple offers and helped us understand all the ways to get the most out of our sale. When the home inspection for our purchase revealed issues, MPT helped us negotiate thousands of dollars of credits to help save us money. The overall energy of the whole experience was fun and exciting because we always felt the comfort of knowing we chose to work with the best this industry has to offer. The kindness and effective communication of the Merullo People Team was only matched by their ability to provide top notch support which resulted in my family profiting thousands more than we expected when entering the market for a new home.”
The Rose Mancuso Team
“After deciding to sell my house, I found Rose Mancuso when I googled "best realtor in Weymouth". I interviewed 3 realtors and selected Rose for her professionalism and her past sales record. She was extremely professional but more so, well experienced. It was her experience that I completely trusted. Her advice was spot on regarding pricing and preparing my house for sale. She and Ellen were always available during the process and kept me informed every step of the way. My husband and I are well pleased with the results and look forward to recommending the Rose Mancuso Team at every opportunity. Thank you Rose Mancuso Team!!”
