“We truly could not have asked for a better experience working with Ilya and his team while buying our home! From the very beginning, Ilya was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home.
After a long home search, we finally found the one, and we’re so grateful Ilya and his team were there to guide us through it. They were always available to answer our questions, explain every step of the process, and make sure we felt supported and confident along the way. We always felt like they truly had our best interests in mind.
We can’t recommend Ilya and his team enough. They are professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and truly care about their clients. Thank you for helping us find our home and for making such a huge milestone in our lives such a positive experience!”
“Throughout our long house hunting process Carol was patient and tenacious! She went above and beyond to help us see a variety of places and really narrow in on what we were looking for and was a font of knowledge about how the market was trending. When it came time to make an offer she was extremely communicative and negotiated hard on our behalf— we would strongly recommend working with Carol!”
