I've worked with Henry twice now and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. When I was first in the market he helped me determine a sensible first property type and ended up with a great decision on a condo vs. properties that in hindsight would have been way too much house for me. The second time around I was ready to get out of the city and he helped me find an adorable home in a quiet neighborhood with amazing neighbors. I couldn't be happier with both outcomes. On top of that he saved me a combined 65K from the original list prices! Thank you, Henry!

We are first time home buyers and Henry was extremely helpful in getting us into the perfect home for our family. He recommended a very thorough home inspector and a very responsive lawyer, and this team made it all happen. After the inspection, you may need to bargain a bit, and it can be stressful. Henry knows the market and will recommend realistic expectations. We felt he was always looking out for our best interests. Henry is very responsive, on time, yet still a fun, interesting person you look forward to meeting. Buying a home is a huge life event, and it's important to have a person you like associated with this memory.

Wow! The impossible became possible. Mr. Henry Choi helped me tremendously in finding my first home. As I never bought real estate before, there were many hurdles along the way and many first experiences but Mr. Henry Choi was always there to guide me each step of the way. He even got me some money back from the seller after the inspection. And above all, Mr. Henry Choi was always there to provide advice, encouragement and motivation during the difficult times.
