Michael, Aaron and Joey are an absolutely terrific team! Michael was our realtor for an apartment that we bought 3 years ago and it was a complicated drawn out scenario at that time. Michael held our hand through that period and we never thought about looking for another agent during our recent home buying process due the trust and confidence he gave us. Michael and Aaron were the absolute highlight of our buying and selling experience in Boston in 2021. Extremely competent, incredibly organized, and deeply committed to our personal journey. This realty team sets the bar and in my opinion there is no better to trust with your home buying and selling plans. 10/10, would repeat!

Michael Merullo and his team were fantastic. I'm just settling into my new condo in East Boston, and I don't know if it would've happened without them. I was dealing with a seller/builder who was unresponsive, inaccurately described the property in the listing, misled us on our agreed schedule, and delayed our closing date by over five months.
