62 Lantz Ave, Whitman“We are so so happy with Fence A Pet. Our dog Penny has so much more freedom now that she can safely be off leash in our yard. She loves it (and so do we!) Ashley and Tom work with you closely during the training process and were always available for questions. We would recommend them to anyone with a dog!“

8 Quail Run, Norwood“Pamela at Down 4 Paws was awesome. My dog had SEVERE separation anxiety to the point when I couldn’t even walk out the door, and it was giving ME anxiety because I couldn’t go anywhere or do anything without finding someone to sit with the dog. I tried everything (trying a protocol of walking out the door, calming plug-ins and calming treats, toys, calming dog music, long lasting treats) by the time I contacted Pam. She came in and worked with Ziggy and I and started where we were at, working on in the house separation first and working our way up. She gave me the knowledge and tools I needed to discuss options with my vet, worked with my routine and schedule and gave me all the options to try so Ziggy and I could be successful. I’m happy to report Ziggy can now stay alone for HOURS at a time. Thank you Pam!“

500 Columbian St, South Weymouth“Absolutely love the New England wildlife center they do such great work and every Halloween they have the thousand faces of pumpkins and it's so much fun to walk through the woods see all the setups and all the carved pumpkins and then afterwards be able to go inside and visit all the animals. It's a great great place that saves a lot of animals“

198 Bridge St, Weymouth“Julie was great with my long haired cat, his brush out and nail clip went quick and smooth and caused no stress at all to my cat. The shop was very cute, I like how she sells inexpensive cat toys for a little treat after their appointment!“

1192 Washington St, Weymouth“Great place , Great Service, the one thing I can say is when we got a dog back there were maybe 6 , 7 or 8 spots that were sticking out pretty heavily where it was longer than the rest of the dog's hair. This is my first time getting a 20 l yes good“

402 Washington St, Weymouth“We love Hometown. We recently went away for the first time in o er 10 years. We stayed 6 nights. As parents if now 2 dogs of course we were nervous leaving them for thst long. Both of them attend daycare there as well. They sent us pictures and texted us to make sure we knew how they were. Yup they were having a blast!!!! The owner, manager and all the staff there are the best. To know your pets are safe and happy as well as extremely loved is hard to come by but Hometown has it all. Thankyou all so much,
Love Peter & Lauren Clark❤️“

9AM - 4PM
20R Brookley Rd, Jamaica Plain“Boston for the Dogs and Hannalore have been great for me and my pup Kona! This is my first experience with a dog who needs (and enjoys) consistent tasks, learning and training. BFTD’s real world style classes have helped us so much! Hannalore keeps me honest for when I’m letting Kona get away with too much or conversely not giving her enough credit/trust in the skills we’ve learned.“
6:30AM - 7:30PM
191 Beal St, Hingham“We’ve been bringing our dog here for seven years. Our pooch loves the place and so do we. It’s not only a fantastic doggy daycare, but it’s the only place we trust in the area to do boarding as well. Nicole, one of the managers is a great asset, and the owners who took over a few years ago have consistently invested in their staff and infrastructure.“

55 Anna's Pl, Dedham“this shelter is extremely busy it took me going in 3-4 times to finally adopt considering it’s first come first serve and they’re super picky about who they let adopt depending on the animals needs (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing) however, the process is a little all over the place. after 2 times of losing out on a pet i liked and fell in love with, i finally i was able to adopt a kitty named coraline and i’m happy it worked out. definitely keep in mind this place is busy when walking in and don’t set your heart on somebody unless the papers are up and you can take them home that very day! coraline is super sweet and we all love her so much- even though it was a confusing process i’m glad it worked out for the best. it’s been 6 months since i took her home and i came here to say staff member Aaliyah is great and i feel like she knew coraline was a perfect fit for me.“

630 Washington St Space 33A, Dedham“My dog loves visiting here. I swear he enjoys the people working there even more than the dogs. I like that they have different rooms for different size dogs. You can also look in on your dog with their app.“

550 Providence Hwy, Dedham“I took my dog Hooch to Petco for grooming and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional from the moment we walked in. Hooch can be a bit nervous with new people, but they handled him with so much care and patience.
When I picked him up, he looked amazing—clean, well-trimmed, and smelling great! They did a fantastic job with his coat and nails, and he seemed relaxed and happy afterward. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they work with.
Thank you, Petco grooming team, for taking such great care of my pup! We’ll definitely be back.“

71 White Rock Spring Rd, Holbrook“Best experience ever! I have a Doberman puppy. They are an aggressive breed with a bad rap. He is full of energy and I had absolutely no control. He would take control of our walks and it was quite a job taking him out. He was constantly taking the kids toys and we would have to fight to get them back. After some research I chose Canine College for some help. They have different levels of training and it's up to you to decide what you want. So I left my dog Coco there for 2 weeks. He came back better. After a while I decided to bring him back for another 2 weeks for the next level. After all he is an aggressive breed. I now have the best dog ever. They suggest that the family participate in the training. I suggest you listen to them and participate. They have taught me and my family how to communicate with him. He now listens and I now have complete control over our walks. And he listens and responds. They also offer day care. I chose to take him there a few days a week. He loves it there. If you choose to take you pet for training I highly suggest this place. Bruce and Robbin have taught me so much I just can't thank them enough. They a“

150 Belgrade Ave, Boston“Ruff Translating has been an absolute life saver for me in training my service dog, Mae. The entire team is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They were able to make recommendations based on my needs and also on the genetics/breed of my dog. I learned so much about dog training, building confidence, and meeting the needs of your dog. I know I could not have trained my dog for service work without them and she is so happy now that she has a job and has more emotional regulation and confidence!“
“We have done puppy 1 and puppy 2 classes with our Labrador, Mack. Donna and Marisa are fantastic, patient teachers that have made our relationship with our pup so much better. Can’t recommend enough!“
“It was such a relief to be able to go on vacation for a week and not have to worry about our pets. Marybeth took care of our fur babies like they were her own. She spent time with me before we left going over feeding routines and was very knowledgeable about giving my cat (who happens to have some drama queen/diva/b**ch moments) her glucosamine medicine. She checked in with me every day with updates and a pic and she went above and beyond because we came home to a clean litter box - which was something she didn’t need to do.10/10 recommend Marybeth!“

“Kay is an awesome trainer! She taught us a lot with my boy Teddy. She was responsive and a great teacher. Our Teddy knows how to: sit, lay, come, and stay within a few session. Book her for your next training. There is nothing better than an obedient dog.“
