FIVE STARS I had a deep tissue massage with Pablo today, focusing on my traps and lower back as primary spots. Holy **** ! First of all, the place is lovely. I was greeted by Doug, who makes you feel at home with a very calm and positive vibe. He then introduced me to Pablo, the star of the show. Did say star? Rockstar is more like it. When Pablo says deep tissue, he means it. At times it felt like I had two guys working on me. He uses his thighs, knees and shin at the same time as his hands, forearms and upper arm. I don’t know how he does it so flawlessly - he’s like an octopus! He treated the problem areas I mentioned while connecting the work with the rest of my body. You can visualize how he makes the muscle progression. He is incredibly effective. I STRONGLY recommend Blu Day Spa and Pablo in particular if you are serious about recovery - whether it’s a “formal” injury or you are just sore from everyday soreness. I’ll be back for more and perhaps some old fashioned pampering as well! Absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Michael literally saved my vacation! I had a really bad pulled muscle in my shoulder / neck, to the point that I couldn’t lift anything or bike - especially challenging when in Ptown for 2 weeks and biking everywhere! Michael fit me in last minute and worked out the injury carefully and expertly. He also gave great direction for ongoing treatment. After my visit I felt so much better, and continued to improve throughout my trip. 10/10!

Stylist: M is a stylist I’ve used the last two years and she Is fantastic. I get a fade typically. She takes her time and is very detail oriented. It all adds up to having a great cut that feels great when you leave. Highly recommend M and Snip Salon
First massage ever yesterday. Lenny made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He addressed my areas of concern, especially my feet. This morning my feet feel better than they have in years. Professional, skilled, and relaxing. And a nice guy. I'll be back.
I visited over the weekend and was lucky to get into two of Brian’s classes. Brian is an incredible teacher and human, and his knowledge is expansive. I left feeling challenged, stretched and restored. I would go every day if I lived there (dreams).

Amazing practitioner. I used him during pregnancy to help to naturally induce labor. I went into labor 3 hrs after our session finished. He is one of the best healing arts practitioners I have ever obtained treatment from. I was so impressed with the treatment. My labor was 10 hrs first time mom, unmedicated vaginal birth. Highly recommend!!!

Had a massage by Eric. Super friendly guy. He did an amazing job. Really helped out with some shoulder pain I have been having. He also gave some really great tips and advise on stretches that can help loosen up the upper back.

Dropped into Sole Luna because it looked so cute and made reservations for the next morning for restorative yoga. It was a small, intimate class and Olivia was just the most wonderful instructor. She was kind, fun, and encouraging. I loved how we'd get into a good stretch and she'd remind us to concentrate on our bodies and how yummy a stretch could feel. I left feeling like a cat that had just woken up from a nap in a sunbeam and took a big, satisfying stretch.
Carlos did the wiring work for our split AC unit this summer. Carla in the front office was super-communicative and Carlos did great work. Very pleased with the overall experience!
Hannah's is the only place in town I trust to get my haircut as well as eyebrows done properly when I am in town. She doesn't leave any scratch marks on my neck or cuts my ear(s). Her positive upbeat personality is charming as well as attractive which is another reason she has a loyal customer following and I have to learned to book a month or two in advance.
Responded to my request to replace a corroded pipe quickly and even fixed my leaky shower valve while they were here. Nice local team that I'm happy to support.
Came here for a haircut with Dougie and couldn't recommend him more! He listened carefully to what I asked for and offered multiple options. Had some wonderful conversations and everyone in the salon was super friendly. I arrived a little early and the staff offered drink options and let me wait for my appointment inside. The staff are wonderful. The CEO could take a hike. He's lost more providers with his corporate mentality than I care to discuss. I invited him to call me up to coerce me into resuming my annual donations to Outer Cape Health Services. Obviously he has more impotent things to do as I ain't heard from him yet. His loss he'll be gone just like that. Narcissistic egotistical director that put the elevator in at the monument in Provincetown. Here today. Gone tomorrow. Adios.
