Always had amazing experiences here. I've gotten all 3 of my bracelets here and each person who's sold it to me has been kind but the last girl who sold my newest bracelet to me was fantastic. She was very patient and talked me through each option, and then honestly commented on what looked best on my wrist regardless of the price.
