Needed a hot water heater repaired and called Flying Plumbers. They were great in all aspects. Appointment was easily scheduled for 1 week out and the guys were knowledgable and professional. In the end, we decided to replace the 10 year old water heater instead of repairing it. They were able to install a new water heater within the same day and had all the parts on hand. They did need to come back to tighten a connection (did within 1 hour of calling them) and that was my only real criticism of the service call. Prices did seem high but grateful for the quick and professional service.
We have been Flying Plumber customers for many years. They have always been professional in every aspect of their work. They have helped us when problems arise. They are knowledgeable and get the work done. Recently, Robin and Brian worked on a renovation project for us and they did a great job. Skilled and trustworthy. Penny is a great contact person, she always follows up and finds out what we need to know. Ron and his team take care of us and we recommend them!
