“I recently moved to Pittsfield and was looking for a new hair stylist to highlight and cut my hair. After reading several reviews, I tried Four One Three Salon and so glad I did! Alexi Sondrini did a great job highlighting and styling my hair!! She was patient, kind, and made sure we were both on the same page before she started highlighting my hair. She took her time and answered all my questions during my visit. My hair turned out perfect! She blended my natural hair color with blonde highlights. And it looks all natural.
The salon was also easy to get to, easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and the salon itself was clean and comfortable. I will definitely continue to go back for future hair appointments with Alexi.”

“6/3 Update: I was contacted by the owner Michelle after leaving a business chat. She apologized on behalf of the ladies that we encountered. She wanted to make it right and offer a discount make up for the inconvenience. She was very accommodating in working with our schedule to figure out a good date and time.

On arrival we were greeted by Michelle After being checked in. She showed us where we could sit and wait for the therapist to gather us. They brought us into the room and ask this questions on what we needed for our massages as we had chosen the therapeutic kind. They respected our privacy and gave sufficient time to change and to get on the beds.
They provided some aromatherapy as well. Both therapist are very good with their technique. They maintain privacy by keeping you sufficiently covered in areas that are not worked on.
When we were done, they again gave us more sufficient time to redress, and then met us outside the room with some water. They were very polite and engaging. When we proceeded to check out, it was Michelle who checked us out at the end of the service.

I would recommend this Spa.

5/13 I am very disappointed with the booking service. We had booked an appointment last Saturday 5/9 for a Mother’s Day gift through Instagram for today 5/13 at 530. They even took the credit card number. So we arrived on time. When we got there they didn’t have it in the system. They said the person whom we chatted with didn’t follow through and didn’t put it in the books. The Second Lady who tried to help the lady at the desk said “I’m sorry , I know you are disappointed.” “We cannot do anything this evening” and offered up to rebook while we were there. I missed a class to be able to go and it’s hard to work in with our schedule . I am both sad and upset that it was like an “oh well” attitude from both of them. They could have offered a discount for the inconvenience or sincerely apologized so that we would come back. We have been here a few times before (under my name) but I didn’t mention that and kept my cool so I didn’t embarrass my daughter even though I wanted to say more. We will probably look for another place.”
