Overall, I had a good experience. My nail technician spoke English fluently, which made the appointment enjoyable because we were able to actually converse and laugh a bit during the service. My nails came out nice, the service was quick, and everything moved pretty efficiently.

The only thing I didn’t really care for was the aggressive upselling toward the end with trying to add eyebrow services and the “beautiful woman” sales pitch lol. Not a huge deal, but definitely something to be aware of if you don’t like extra pressure during your appointment.

I will probably come back. My only concern is that he was the only technician there who spoke fluent English, so I’m not sure how future visits might go depending on who I get. But overall, I was satisfied with the service and happy with how my nails turned out.“
