“I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Kelly! I originally booked an appointment for just one service, but I had some questions about the second service and decided I wanted to have that done as well. Kelly was incredibly accommodating and was able to work the additional service into her schedule without ever making me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. She took her time and gave the second service the same attention, care, and precision as the first.
I had permanent eyeliner and powder brows done, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Her work is truly impeccable — everything looks beautiful, polished, and exactly what I was hoping for. Her attention to detail is amazing, and you can tell she genuinely takes pride in what she does.
Beyond her talent, Kelly was such a pleasure to work with. She was personable, professional, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed from the moment I arrived. She answered all of my questions, took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and created such a relaxing experience.
I truly appreciate that even though I added another service at the last minute, Kelly never rushed through it. She made sure everything was done carefully and beautifully, and I never felt like the quality of her work was compromised because of the added time.
