I had new heating and cooling units installed by ECM a few years ago in the late fall. When spring came and it was time to turn on the cool air, one of the units had a minor issue and they came out and fixed it without any issues. Today, I had issues with one of my units and called them to come out for a service visit. While on the phone, they talked me through some steps to verify and it turns out it was user (me!) error. ECM taking 15 minutes to talk to me on the phone saved me money because now they don't need to come out for a service visit and made me a happy customer. Thanks ECM!

I very highly recommended this company. The two folks that I dealt with were Chris Boucher and Nick Crawford who were consummate professionals. I also have to shout out to the administrative people for their assistance. I have dealt with a few like companies that were unresponsive and, indeed, unhelpful. This company, however, worked hard, were knowledgeable, and I do not have enough GREAT things to say about them.

5 starts are not enough. After a week-long stay in the hospital I was almost unable to walk. Withing 4 weeks I was able to get around almost as good as new, and after 2 more weeks I was good as new. She is kind, attentive, extremely caring, and extremely talented.
Our 1st floor of red oak had signs of heavy traffic and general wear and tear. Flawless Floors came and did an excellent job of making the floor look brand new. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to spread the word. They were prompt , professionals, and were meticulous in our home.

After tiring of the cold, sterile environments of other vet clinics, I went and found PVMC. From the moment you walk into the converted barn and see it's open, country-like feel, you know you've entered a true country vet experience. My dogs Sadie and Watson both get amazing care from Dr. Nina Stebbins as well as several of my friends' dogs that I've referred here. Highly recommend.

Mirror salon did the hair for our wedding and did an outstanding job.
