We looked at hot tubs from all of the most highly ranked manufacturers and included in that search was American Whirlpool. This search brought us to Matley Pool & Spas in Pepperell. From Susan in sales to Chris in installation/startup and training the buying experience could not have been better. Full transparency with sales and pricing to timely delivery and set up. Did I forget to mention its an amazing tub, love it. We would highly and completely recommend Matley for any hot tub purchase.Service: Spa & hot tub installation
After much research, we chose Matley to install our swimming pool. Best decision we ever made! Everyone from start to finish was knowledgeable and friendly. Starting with Susan in sales, continuing to Gary with project management and installation. Through the entire project, Gary was very responsive and helpful. He also handled all the details, including all permitting, and helped manage all the vendors. We are absolutely thrilled with the end product! And the best part is, there is an actual store where you can go to buy supplies, get your water tested, or ask any questions you might have. I HIGHLY recommend Matley!
