They handle any and all arrangements and are caring, considerate, and everywhere. They were so amazing and kind, helpful and compassionate. They created such a beautiful tribute that will never ever be forgotten. They are the best at making it very easy and comforting. Lorenzo, and the entire team, took great care assisting. They were extremely respectful, helpful, and able to offer a bit of light-heartedness during some very sad times. Many options to work through with a short time frame, but they made it all flow as quickly as possible. They answer questions and set up the live stream. They were such professionals and kind to all the family and friends. Their service is reasonably priced and highly recommended, with a commitment to making a difficult time a little easier.
Thanks to pre-planning and prepayment, there were no details to worry about, and next to nothing to do. People - be kind to your families: You know that day is coming, so set the process up ahead of time, and lift that burden off of them. You'll sleep better, too.
FRAUD AND MISREPRESENTATION
I met with Sandy in a state of crisis to make cremation arrangements for myself. She seemed quite pleasant and compassionate and I shared with her that i was autistic and I confided in her some excruciatingly painful details about my rapidly declining health and my adversarial family that I needed protection from to ensure my intent to be cremated was carried out.
Sandy completely misrepresented the “protections’ she told me the paperwork she had me fill out would give me.
She also misrepresented the contract and process she sold me for my body to be transported if I die outside the local area.

Chris at Nickerson was a guide for our family when we were completely lost. He was able a balance between taking control of an impossible situation with quiet compassion and respect. I truly, can’t imagine having navigated our situation without him. I cannot recommend Chris and Nickerson highly enough.
