“FRAUD AND MISREPRESENTATION

I met with Sandy in a state of crisis to make cremation arrangements for myself. She seemed quite pleasant and compassionate and I shared with her that i was autistic and I confided in her some excruciatingly painful details about my rapidly declining health and my adversarial family that I needed protection from to ensure my intent to be cremated was carried out.

Sandy completely misrepresented the “protections’ she told me the paperwork she had me fill out would give me.

She also misrepresented the contract and process she sold me for my body to be transported if I die outside the local area.

Nothing is at all as she presented it to be - from payment terms to the notification process to have the transportation contract kick in to the security she assured me I had.

I am horrified by the level of deception and false empathy she employed.

Fortunately, I have gone to a reputable cremation provider now, and although there is several thousand dollars lost due to the fraud committed by Sandy - at least now I know my wishes will be carried out.

I don't have the ability or the finances left after Sandy's deception try and recoup my losses - and, as expected, my health has declined further since she took advantage of me, and i have to focus on the time i have left.

Sandy's hearless deception is a disgrace to the funeral industry.“

Stand behind their work. And every year we do some sort of hardscape/landscape improvement and I wouldn’t trust anyone but John and his team. Fences, stone walkways, trees. After the Nor’easter in Oct 21, they even went out an stood up some trees that had uprooted when we were out of town without me even knowing about it! Great service. Great quality. Great guys.
