Was on the vineyard for the day just walking around and popped into this shop. Out of curiosity I asked how much it would cost to get my cape cod bracelets cleaned and polished. Steve offered to do it for free! Such a kind gesture . I offered to pay him again and he respectfully declined just doing it out of the kindness of his heart. So appreciative!

I was so happy to see that this studio had opened up on my last trip to the Island! I walked into a class with the owner, Primo, and he couldn't have been more welcoming or accommodating. The class was challenging but he made sure to give individual attention and modifications. The center is nice and new, and fully equipped with good-quality mats, blocks, etc. One thing I'd note is that the classroom is right on the main road so it was a little noisy and distracting with all of the cars and people going by -- but I think it's worth it for the convenient location.
One on one (or small group that you arrange) Pilates instruction from a highly experienced instructor, no frills studio, reasonable pricing. I have been going to Island Pilates for years, Judy has helped me through knee and back conditions and tailors the workout to what my body needs most at the time and I always leave feeling stronger, more balanced and healthier than I did when I walked in.
