“Very satisfied. We’ve no heat on Friday morning and as a member I called Trust-1 Service. The answering service was friendly and helpful. A lady reached out to me shortly and got me into the schedule with Robby that afternoon. Robby was great! He came by early in the time window which I appreciated. He was very thorough and explained to me that the circulator pump of my boiler was out of order and needed to be replaced . Work was completed promptly and my heating system is working now. Would highly recommend this company for HVAC work.“

We were having a problem with hot water circulation and they came out the next day and figured out that the mixing valve for the tub was not working and the cause behind the hot water not making its way to the other faucets in the house. They shut it off, ordered the part, came back a few days later and now we have hot water again. Could not be any happier.“

They replaced almost all of the plumbing in the house including a lot of custom work, ran propane piping to our fireplace and grill, and replaced the corroded septic pipe out to the tank. “I’ve been in buisness for over 30 years and this company is the best I’ve ever seen or used. I’ve had to call them 3 times in the last month to fix my walkin cooler, freezer and another cooler, not only did they come and fix the issues the same day, But I had to call them on the hottest day in the last 100 years when it was 105F and my walk in shot up to 58F and as you would normally expect a company to say “ we are booked right now we can’t come out until next week” these guys came the SAME DAY, late at night. When everyone is done for the day, their techs are out coming to fix your equipment. The techs are great guys, very smart. And as far as pricing goes, they are more than reasonable.. I almost don’t want to leave this review because I want to keep these guys all to myself but I felt I just had to leave a review as I am extremely happy with this company. I will be using them to install a new central cooling system in the fall.“
