We moved forward and Anthony's colleague Chris was over in about 30 minutes to prep the old water heater for removal while Anthony sourced the replacement. A lady reached out to me shortly and got me into the schedule with Robby that afternoon. Robby was great! He came by early in the time window which I appreciated. “I’ve been in buisness for over 30 years and this company is the best I’ve ever seen or used. I’ve had to call them 3 times in the last month to fix my walkin cooler, freezer and another cooler, not only did they come and fix the issues the same day, But I had to call them on the hottest day in the last 100 years when it was 105F and my walk in shot up to 58F and as you would normally expect a company to say “ we are booked right now we can’t come out until next week” these guys came the SAME DAY, late at night. “I have been doing business with John Hoadley and Sons since I moved to Rockland in 1998.
They installed my sump pump in my first house there in Rockland and it was still working great when I moved in 2022.
I always went there for my propane fills and miscellaneous items over the years. The guys there have always been great to me.
I moved in 2022 and in April of 2024 had them install a sump pump and piping for my new house. Again, amazing job and certainly reasonably priced from parts to installation.
Yesterday I noticed the pump was turning on but was not pumping water. I called the shop early this morning and spoke with Michael. He sent someone over within the hour and the technician had the pump running again shortly after he arrived. Minor issue of a small air hole being clogged but this is the level of great service Hoadley and Sons provides.
Thank you to Michael and the entire Hoadley team for always providing top grade service and parts. I have been and always will be a customer for life with Hoadley!
