46 Columbia Rd #8, Pembroke“I had heard of acupuncture and have always been curious. Recently, while recovering from physical injuries I started with Bob. It's stressful to think about someone putting needles all over your body. Bob has an amazing way about him that is both calming and reassuring. His knowledge and wisdom of the art is endless. If you are thinking about it, yet hesitant I encourage you to give Bob a try. He's wonderful.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Katy and Zoltan. I’ve been seeing Katy for acupuncture for 6 months, and she’s helped truly change my life! I’ve been living with chronic pain for years and the acupuncture has helped resolve the issue, even after doctors told me there weren’t many options. Katy and Zoltan are always so kind and welcoming. Highly, highly recommend.“

90 Rockland St #7, Hanover“My name is CPT R Fleischer. I am 100% disabled from my service. I have served with A Company, 75th RANGER REGIMENT, the 509th ABCT, and the All Army Shooting team at Fort Benning before receiving my Commission. These doctors apply their talents the same as what we gave. They listen, ask questions, devise a plan and then execute it changing the plan when needed. I live at a pain factor between 7-10 and they do everything to help. I would recommend Dr. Dave or Dr. Jimmy to my best friends. They are talented practitioners who continue to help me.“
“I have been going to Lou Vanrenen / American Acupuncture since 2012, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Lou was recommended by Dr. Mark Russo, a veterinarian at Kingston Animal Hospital, who had done wonders with my dogs using acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. Lou is adept at acupuncture and acupressure, and has a kind and caring manner about him. He patiently explains what he's doing (since I'm the type of client who wants to know everything about the treatment, whether it's for my animals or myself). He is also knowledgable about herbal medicine, nutrition, and Qi Gong. He has had some amazing life experiences, some of which he shares with me as we swap stories and discuss things of mutual interest. Lou helped me tremendously during cancer treatment, and in the recovery afterwards. Doctors and friends were amazed at my upbeat attitude and at how well I got through chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation therapy. A session of acupuncture/acupressure, heat therapy, and targeted massage leaves me relaxed with a feeling of increased well-being. Each treatment is tailored for the specific needs I have that week. More recently, I broke a wrist and was experiencing some nerve symptoms in the affected arm. These included increased sensitivity that made the lightest touch feel like sandpaper scraping across my skin, reduced sensation in my fingers, stiffness and swelling around the joint. My surgeon discussed the possibility of "complex regional pain syndrome" -- a nasty neurological problem that can spread from an origination point such as a broken wrist to affect the rest of the body. Lou's acupuncture treatments, working directly with the energy systems in the body, reduced the symptoms and helped me through recovery better than even gabapentin and other pain medications. I go to Lou whenever I feel the need for a "tune-up" of my immune system or general feeling of well-being, and whenever I have specific complaints that acupuncture can help. I highly recommend American Acupuncture for anyone who is considering trying acupuncture treatment.“

169 Lincoln St Ste 202, Hingham“We consulted with Dr. Monarch last Fall on a PANS diagnosis for our daughter. She is one of the few neuropsychologists in New England who is focused on neural inflammation in kids. She is exceptionally well trained and has a knack for explaining complicated neuropsychology in layman's terms. Having lived in different areas of the country, we know that New England is not at all on the cutting edge of research into Lyme and PANS, but the Lyme and PANS Treatment Center really knows its stuff and we are so thankful to have found them here.“

“If you’re looking for an amazing acupuncturist, I can’t recommend Marisa at Blue Fire Acupuncture enough! I was initially hesitant about acupuncture because I had never tried it before, but Marisa is a professional and she calmed me down immediately.
She takes the time to explain everything, making sure you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. Whether you’re dealing with pain from an injury or just looking to improve overall well-being, she has a gentle and intuitive approach that really makes a difference.
After just my first session, I noticed a huge sense of calm and relaxation (which is hard to feel with the business of life).
If you're hesitant about trying acupuncture, give Marisa the chance to help you, she is the best!!“
