“Beyond impressed with Gerferson, his team, and the amazing work they did on our home. We had all windows replaced and new siding added. Gerferson was incredibly knowledgeable and professional from the start. He clearly articulated our options and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. His team was also very professional, kind and respectful. They worked long days (7-7 sometimes), did amazing work, and cleaned up before leaving for the day. Having two young children at home, this was extra appreciated. The guys worked so quickly and efficiently. It took much less time than anticipated. Whenever something came up, Gerferson explained the situation, provided options with cost breakdowns, and answered any and all questions we had. Communication throughout this whole process was top notch. Couldn't be happier with the finished product and the process throughout.”

“Emmaty was great. We bought 46 solar panels though them and required a new roof for the panels. Hector and Bill handled everything for us. As with every major construction project a few issues arose during the project, but Hector was prompt to address and correct them for us. They busted their butts to help us get the project installed before the end of the year so we could get our solar rebates on time. Now in the hot days of summer, my power bill is running backwards!!! Thank you Hector!!!”

“This is really a 4.5-star review but since I gave 4 stars for the previous job I think it makes sense to round up to 5 this time. I hired Franca this fall to paint the exterior of my house, and remove a significant amount of rotted trim and replace it with PVC. I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to get me on their schedule, and they wrapped up the whole project in a little over a week. They were conscientious about removing rotted trim (including from areas I couldn't see well from the ground and so didn't point out to them), the house looks great, and the price was very competitive. Steve, who set up the contract, was very responsive throughout; the crew were professional, careful about cleanup, and showed up on time. The only flaws were (1) initially they replaced some of the trim with softwood instead of PVC, but when I noticed it and asked them to fix it, and contacted Steve to confirm, they did fix it (and didn't charge me for the fix), (2) they were a bit aggressive about chopping limbs off some of my small trees to get the ladders into place - that said, this may have been unavoidable (the yard is small and quite densely planted).”
