“I recently hired Grand Premium Siding to replace both the siding and roof on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The project included removing the existing cedar shake siding and installing new vinyl siding, vinyl soffits, and aluminum-wrapped fascia throughout the house, as well as a complete roof tear-off and replacement with asphalt shingles and new gutters.

Working with Gerfferson was a great experience from start to finish. During our initial consultation, we spent over an hour discussing the project. He took the time to listen carefully, answer all of my questions, and provide thoughtful design recommendations and material options that helped simplify the work and reduce costs.

Throughout the renovation, Gerfferson kept us well informed every step of the way. He clearly communicated what to expect, when work would begin, when materials and the dumpster would arrive, and how long each phase would take. The scheduling was seamless—the roofing crew, siding crew, and gutter team all worked in a well-coordinated sequence, making the entire process feel smooth and efficient.

The crews were hardworking, professional, and highly efficient. They arrived early each morning, worked long hours in 80+ degree weather, and took only short breaks. At the end of every day, the job site was thoroughly cleaned and organized. The entire project was completed in just two weeks, from start to finish.

There were no surprises along the way, and the final cost matched the original quote exactly. I did request some additional work outside the original scope, and it was completed at a very reasonable price.

Communication was excellent throughout the project. Gerfferson was always responsive to calls and texts, friendly, and committed to ensuring all of my questions were answered. Most importantly, he took pride in making sure everything was done correctly and to a high standard.

“Emmaty was great. We bought 46 solar panels though them and required a new roof for the panels. Hector and Bill handled everything for us. As with every major construction project a few issues arose during the project, but Hector was prompt to address and correct them for us. They busted their butts to help us get the project installed before the end of the year so we could get our solar rebates on time. Now in the hot days of summer, my power bill is running backwards!!! “This is really a 4.5-star review but since I gave 4 stars for the previous job I think it makes sense to round up to 5 this time. I hired Franca this fall to paint the exterior of my house, and remove a significant amount of rotted trim and replace it with PVC. I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to get me on their schedule, and they wrapped up the whole project in a little over a week. They were conscientious about removing rotted trim (including from areas I couldn't see well from the ground and so didn't point out to them), the house looks great, and the price was very competitive. Steve, who set up the contract, was very responsive throughout; the crew were professional, careful about cleanup, and showed up on time. The only flaws were (1) initially they replaced some of the trim with softwood instead of PVC, but when I noticed it and asked them to fix it, and contacted Steve to confirm, they did fix it (and didn't charge me for the fix), (2) they were a bit aggressive about chopping limbs off some of my small trees to get the ladders into place - that said, this may have been unavoidable (the yard is small and quite densely planted).“
